I have a half finished site that is mostly designed. I need somebody who is an expert in designing using a lot of AJAX and javascript. You can see the partial site here:

The back end is being handled separate from this project.
If done fast and efficiently this can lead to a long term relationship with many projects. I am going to be looking for just a starting bid for the initial small round adjustments with new budgets continually coming in.
First few things are:
-Fixing the home page so the boxes expand and close properly.
-Adding the new pop up log in box
-New sidebar design
-Add box when creating event
-New graphics and icons
