1) Links must be on a page related to subject
2) All backlinks must come from PR2+ pages whose language is English.
3) The backlinks must be visible by search engines.
4) All backlinks must be do-follow and from unique Class C IP addresses.
5) You are NOT to submite to directories that accept adult sites or gambling sites.
6) You must use the anchor text we provide for the links
7) the links must be good quality
8) As much as possible the links must be permanent
9) We only pay for the link that are placed and dofollow
