I am looking for someone who can resolve some display issues between Firefox, EI, chrome etc.

I would like these problems resolved and I want the site to be sized to view on mobile platforms, using a tinted background.
I need to know where the file changes have taken place as the software runs updates which overwrites scripts or code changes.
This is not a big job for the professional programmer, so please only bid if you are in this catagory.
