We’ve just launched a new shopping cart and need an expert to troubleshot the PHP IPN script, which fails to register some of the orders (like 30%): as in, orders go through and we receive the payment, but it doesn’t register as a successful transaction by our IPN script, so the customer doesn’t receive a receipt & the order is not registered in the database.
We’re using Website Payments Pro, with cmd=_cart, and all of the tokens and auto-return successfully setup.
The second issue is with auto-return. The IPN doesn’t trigger unless the customers waits 10seconds and gets forwarded to our IPN handler. If they close the browser before that, no IPN is triggered!
Need these two issues solved ASAP!
