We have a client who expected to already have a working mock up for their new Transportation Engineering website, but the other developers we have worked with in the past are not able to complete this right away so we’re looking for someone who can.
THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT so please only bid if you can work on it and produce the changes in the next 24 to 48 hours. We are based in US Central Time Zone, but will make ourselves available 24×7 in order to get the site done and questions answered.
We have already created and installed Joomla and Drupal into two different directories in order to make it easy on the developer to just make changes to the template that meets the requirements.
Here is the simple site map that will exist.
Home – About Us – Services – Projects – Careers – Contact Us
Services will have lists of projects and projects will be linked to services. Example, Transportation Engineering would be a Service, and then when someone selects Transportation Engineering, it will giave a base set of text, but somewhere on page should show the case studies or Transportation Engineering recent projects too.
The Home Page will have a slide deck of some sort that rotates images of recent projects that should not be flash based.
All other content and images will be taken from their current sites. They want to be able to add new project pages and images on their own, which is why we are looking to use Drupal or Joomla. Since this is urgent, we think it will take too long for a developer to create a custom CMS.
We need to have two MOCK UPS in the next 24 hours and the actual site can come after, or if you prefer to just do the css and changes to the live site direct, that would be fine too. Only the beginning mockups need to be done in the next 24 hours, changes, additional content can be done any time after…

Sites the client likes, in terms of look and feel are here below. Colors are Black\White with Red\Grey. Their logo is red and white. Images used on the site should be highways, bridges, roads, buildings and structures.

www.quarrymining.com.au – color scheme would have red instead of green
www.bcaengineers.com – nice layout, color scheme would use red instead of orange. Home page image would rotate among images of projects and services.
