UI Requirements:
3 HTML pages needs to be created
Need a UI that will allow the user to enter the content that they want monitored and or the sites they want to monitor or both
Allow the user to save the request by a job name
UI to display all the monitoring jobs that the user has created
Developer requirements:
must have their own server and tools
must be able to demo the solution works on their server
Must provide a url so i can monitor project progress
must run linux environment
must use mysql
