The script is to be small enough so that I can just paste a small section of PHP onto a page for the entire review form to show up. The reviews and forms is to be displayed on the same page.
Users must be able to choose the number of stars out of 5, a title, advantages, disadvantages, would you recommend (yes or no), their name, and a captcha. There will be page numbers. The review data will be stored in a .txt file. By me editing the .txt file, I should be able to edit anything the user have inputted as well as the date it was posted.
Right now I am using a comment script at the bottom of http://bit.ly/szHOjF I need to chnage it into a review script as described above.
If you prefer, I can send you the code for the current comment script and you make changes to it.
