This we do by ensuring that patients with personal computers (PCs) with internet connection or WAP enabled mobile phones get access to medical doctors and services without having to travel to a distant medical center to get such. While the doctor on the other side communicate with patients and fellow doctors via PC with internet or WAP enabled mobile phone.
