This should NOT be difficult for a quality design team. I need a website built (CSS) for my local tech outsourcing business. It will require an easy to use admin section so I can change text or images on pages easily or add to navigation items. I will provide all text and photo images.
I am using the color scheme, layout and style of the site:

I am not looking for the functions of TaskRabbit, JUST the front page style and format with minor changes in graphics.
I will only pay when the project design is complete and files are ready for upload. I have provided a document giving exact specifications. Please ask questions if something is unclear.
I need the site done as soon as possible.
