I require a website for my client that is a CMS whereby they can update it themselves. They have a temporary site already up http://www.premierracing-partnerships.com/

The navigation bar will be the same as the current site: http://www.premierracing-partnerships.com/
I like the 3 columns where you can “Read More” on the home page, I also like that we can use my clients colours of the teal and green near the top, but then its goes to a nice clean white content area.
On the new site I also like the column with “press Release” which we can change to “News Update”. This column also stays throughout the site which I like.
The information for the updated site is all on http://www.premierracing-partnerships.com/. The only difference is that the “horses” page (http://www.premierracing-partnerships.com/horses.html) should show a picture of each horse , with only the first two lines. The viewer then can click on whatever horse they are interested in and it will go to a seperate page detailing this particular horse.
My client wants to update the site himself, so whatever you think is the easiest solution…..any suggestions will be welcomed?
If you could give me a quote and a timeframe for this that would be great……
