Wondering if any developers with Interspire experience can assist with a very urgent issue on one of my clients’ websites. For the past 2 days, customers have not been able to proceed with an order because it does not allow them to select a suburb after they enter their postcode. My previous developer, who built the site, wrote a custom shipping module which uses Fastway’s locality breakdown to generate the freight charge. So when a customer enters their postcode, it queries the database for suburbs under that postcode.
At the moment no suburbs are showing and a blank warning message shows if you try to proceed.
The error logs are showing a strange notice that started repeating from the 19th Oct (but strangely enough customers have been able to order since then up until 22nd).
I have attached a screenshot of the error log.
This is urgent and basically needs to be fixed today.
