I need a development team to turn my web site concept mock up in to a functioning site. I’m looking for a company can provide creative advisement and expertise, who are looking for a long term partner.

The concept is for a review style site with the following functionality:
-User profile account
-User can post reviews about different business, people, etc.
-The site will display one top daily member
-The site will display the newest members
-The reviews can be linked to Facebook and Twitter accounts
-The rating of the review will be displays a gauge that goes from a light color to a dark color.
The developer will be responsible for creating all associated pages.
-I want the site created in CSS3 and Web 2.0 or maybe AJAX.
