Please design a logo for our personal brand.
Industry role: real estate investment firm. Offering information, analysis and consulting (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties), this is my target market
The brand is smart, young & sophisticated. Interested in a modern mid-century font see attached examples to get an idea)

HERE IS WHAT I NEED:
–Please design a logo for our personal brand: 6th floor investments
–I need a simple logo, design of a standard-size business card, and letterhead.
–I have not selected a font – please suggest one. Keep it clean and simple.
–Logo is only for print and web design – no packaging, etc. Preferred that logo could be used on a white background.
–Colors I like: ocean blue (for Miami art deco look), grey/silver, black & white.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
real estate, real estate investment analysis
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don’t want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
I prefer simple, clean designs. Therefore, in the logo no complex pictures or designs. If you could just use text, that would be great!
