Hello,
I want to make a Travel Guide App that i can replicate as many times as i want.
Core Features:
=> Universal App: Must work on iPad’s,iPod’s,iPhone’s
=> HTML Files: Where i can provide data via HTML Files
Our App will be some what similar to this App on the iTunes:

It will have 4 sections!
After the Loading/Splash screen. It will show 4 Tabs at the Bottom:
Tab-1) Guide
> This will be the Home Screen
> It will display the Main Category List which would be the Names of the City.
For Example: Dubai, Abudhabi etc. (What ever main category name i provide)
Every Main Category shall have its own Icon Image which will be shown next to the Ctegory title!
> When selected any Main Category. It’s gonna display a list of Sub-Categories.
For Example: Eat & Drink, See & Do, Shopping etc (Whatever subcategory name i provide)
Every Sub-Category shall have its own Icon Image which will be shown next to the sub-category title!
> When selected any Sub-Category. It’s gonna display a list of Posts. Just like a Blog post, this post could contain a Post Title, Content and could accompany a Preview image as well. But, all these post’s would be offline and stored via HTML Files. In case, if a post does not have a image, no image would be shown.
For Example: If we Tap a Sub-Category called “Eat & Drink”. It’s gonna display a list of Different Post’s for the restaurants or cafe i decide to include.
> When tapped on a Post. It will show the Title of the Post and Preview image, content from the HTML file i provide. Allow the user the Ability to share the content of this page via Email, Facebook and alsoallow this post to be Marked as Favorites
Tab-2) Pic Gallery
> This Tab would be OPTIONAL.
> I may include this Tab or NOT in the App.
> Give me the power to Enable it or Disable it.
> If i dis-able – it should not be shown.
> If i enable it – it should be listed as the Second Tab.
> It will be the same Pic Gallery which the “Photos” app on every iPod Touch, iPad & iPhone has.
> The User can view the Thumbnails of every pic included in the App.
> Each pic will have a Caption. (Allow me to define caption for every pic)
> The user can view the pic in both the Lanscape and Potrait mode of the device.
> Allow me to easily add any number of Pics to the App in any format: PNG or JPG
> All Pics would be stored offline in the App.
Tab-3) Map
> This Tab would be OPTIONAL.
> I may include this Tab or NOT in the App.
> Give me the power to Enable it or Disable it.

> The Map would be OFFLINE Map and it could be of any City in the World.
For Example: if i making an App for Dubai City, then i will include the Offline Map of the Dubai City. And, if i am making an App for the London City, then i will include the Offline Map of the London City.
> One can easily get the Offline Map data via OpenStreetMap.org.

Tab-4) My Favs
> This section is going to display those Post’s which the user marks as Favorites
> Allow user to Remove any post from this section
The App needs to be Designed keeping in mind 4 Things:
1. Easy User Interface:
Try and develop an App which is easy to understand and use from the user’s point of view!
2. Easy Replication process for me:
This is very IMPORTANT. Since, we plan to launch travel guides of many cities. So, you will be required to give me the Full Source code with all the Rights, that is easy to be replicated into creating more new Guides.
3. HTML as a source of Data:
We plan to use HTML files as the source of Data for the POSTs. Because, it will be easy for us to just plug the data into any HTML file and put it in the App. This process would be much more faster then editing any XML file.
4. Must pass the Apple Approval Process:
The Application needs to pass the Apple approval process for listing onto the iTunes App Store. And, incase if the Application is rejected for Technical or Programming reasons. You will be required to do the needful and work towards getting the App approved.
Since, this is a very Simple App where you just need to Display Categories, Sub-categories, Post’s etc. The Budget is not very HIGH.
Remember: I am not looking for a Developer to work just one-time. I am looking for a very long term business relationship. If you can give me Real GOOD Work at a good rate. I may contact you again for another IOS project.
