iPhone/iPad Requirements

Allow users to register via iPhone app
Seller must be able to update his account
Buyers must be able to purchase from the app
All of the members area & main site must be viewable from the app.
Sellers must be able to create new auctions and be able to manage shipping & payments and messaging from the app.

PHPPROBID Requirements

PHP & MYSQL – Not sure if the Apple SDK will support this however professional opinions always welcome.
I want both apps as soon as however i only have a small budget. If your budget is out of my constraints please save me time as i will reject bids over what i want to pay!
