Hello, I am looking for someone that can produce some short animated cartoons. Please only reply if you can produce commercial quality animated cartoons and have a portfolio of past work. I have an example of the type of product I am after which I will send through to potential candidates. Please note the character design is done and I have examples of the finished product I would like you to produce.
