Trying to create a content management system that will use lots of ideas from majors sites such as, Facebook(credit ,tokens, points purchase in apps and the way content is displayed), Amazon(Sales System), Yellowpages/Craigslist/Kijiji(Search System and Classified Area), Youtube(video idea), lavalife(credits idea again), and exchange3d (Idea for giving clients the right to sell there product(s)).
This is a vast description that is why I am looking for a programmer that is will to work part time on the project and owe part of the rights when finished.
However, here are things that will be required for the job.
I would like it all CSS tagged, as for the design and layout you can do that.
but it need not be a fancy concept as the graphics will be edited at a later time.
So simple is good.

a small classified area would be fine, but that is how the client list their product for sale.
the only request I would need for the classified would be, some sort of contact info and a way to message the seller through our site.
Is there a way to automate the classified section for a news letter.
It would let people know what is new, lets say every week, etc but only for featured(paid for with cash or paypal?) listing
I am trying to aim the site towards, designers/programs that want to sell there works for cheap.
But keeping it fun and full of interest at the same time.

I want the classified adds to be category based,
But I would like to have some details listed in the database about the client.
Name, first and last, Age, Adrress
location, email (valid, works with paypal) secondary if possible
Business name if any and website.
Product details, price, tokens
( conversion system for tokens would be around 4 tokens to a dollars. But when I buy back it will be different.)
But I will need to be able to change that option and turn it off so that buy back of tokens is not possible.
Short and Long description for Add
And for the categories I will have to be able to add them as needed as that will be always changing and growing
And an small Thumbnail image and expandable one for more details with description or product.
