I created a mock up of what I need as an image file
I need it to work and look exactly the same with CSS/HTML
There must NOT be any images used to create the box
Here is my mockup:

It is very important that the toolbar works perfectly in ALL browser versions. IE 6+, chrome, firefox, safari, opera
The box needs to be themable so the colors can easily be changed
The related searches tab should be in the center of the page from top to bottom, no matter the screen resolution
The search result listings should be inside an iframe and just use the mock fake listings for now
