Looking to get some prices for the following work…
I need a custom script designed for a real estate portal. Would like the website to be build on the WordPress platform. If a custom script isn’t doable, I’m also open to doing a theme modification. As long as the website functions EXACTLY as I need it.
The elements needed are as follows…
1. Homepage with 40 to 50 cities that a user can click on to look at listings in that area.
2. Once a user clicks on a city, it will go to a real estate company’s dedicated webpage. The software has to have the ability for me or the realtor to go in and design his/her own page however they’d like – colors, banners, etc. Additionally, it must also let the realtor upload photos of their listings with related information. Again, all of this needs to be SIMPLE. Point & click.
3. A function allowing the user to save his/her choice of listings in a designated area. If they click a ‘like’ button (or something similar), the software will put these top choices somewhere the viewer can look at later in time.
4. A form or widget giving the user the option of sending their personal information (name, phone#, etc.) to the realtor for future updates on homes for sale.
5. There might be a few other pages or sub-pages, however, the above is the most critical & complex. The rest of the pages will be fairly simple.
