Have a website that needs the logo to fit like an icon.

The site is made in joomla.
Just need the image for this icon. Small Icon

Its a very simple project.
Note: This is can become a more then one time project.

Here is what needs to be done:
2 Easy Steps
1) Take logo and create a small icon to put on the site
2) Look at twitter.com as an example when you login to the site, on the top there is a bar with twitter icon. Need to have an icon like
that for my logo
3) Send icon in jpeg format with transparent background to be placed on the site and psd.
Requirements:
1) Daily communication via skype or email
2) Fluent English
3) Takes directions well
4) Creates reports on project management everyday
5) Can work with joomla or wordpress websites
6) Puts in “TradeSite” in the messages( If you dont you wont be picked)
7) Show your 3 or 4 latest works in developing graphic design ( dont need all of your work)
