I have been developing a new website that is almost complete from a programming standpoint. Now I feel it is time to create the look and feel necessary to launch the site. I need a designer that can create a clean modern and unique design for my site. This may include new logo design, layout, color scheme, page transitions/navigation functions and overall theme. The site is built using PHP and MySQL. The framework is a customization of the open source clipbucket software. I am looking for someone who specialized in graphic design and web layout. Depending on the design requirements, some programing knowledge may be required. Please keep in mind that this is a startup web business so budget is limited. I am open to sharing the success of the site with the right designers for a long term relationship.
