1. I need to be able to scrape the Title, Description and URL of the video file for most sites, if possible
2. The url of the video file will be added to my Player.
3.the title and description will be added to my video page
4. The URL of the video file, needs to be changed or cloaked to look like its my url. This can be done through proxy, relay or any other method u seem fit. There are many ways to do this. You will have to be creative
