Need Script To Change Php To Static Html Every 5 Mins 2

Hi,

I need a script that I can run in my crontab that will take one .PHP page locally on my site and transfer it to a .HTML so that it takes some load off my server.

I also need it to add the tag:

<meta name=”keywords” content=”test”>

after the meta description tag.

Please create script as efficient as possible, it will run every 5 minutes.
