This is a complex project. Only joomla experts and genius should bid on this project. I have a joomla site which is not working with different versions of component clashing.
You need to redesign it from scratch. You will need to create layout, template, modules. And the most important part, you need to create some custom components into it.
I need the work really fast. And I don’t have huge budget for this project. You should have atleast 4 reviews in SL. And I will pay you through SL only.
I will award few more joomla projects to you if you prove yourself in this project.
