Attached you will find a mindmap that will detailed describe what I want. THis will help you to quote adequately.
We need a web designer to graphically design a business directory for us as per attached file.
Bidder with best performance will be treated preferentially when it comes to development which will be launched in a separate tender.
Design must be:
-Straight forward, intuitive, appealing, clear
– Only front end design (user panel)
– Every little window and function (what if – windows)must be considered within design solution
– Your web design solution will be sent in a PDF format or PPT file and guide us through your gprahic solution comprehensively and logically
Conditions:
– Payment only by Escrow, no pre-payment etc. after completion
– Payment is due when Design solution is accepted by us.
– Only bidder with traceable references in design etc will be considered
– Don’t bother to bid if you have negative reviews
– Don’t bid if you do not understand the requirement
– Project is completed after PPT or PDF file has been accepted by us.
Note: To be fair towards the potential bidder you should be aware that we might require several rectifications in case you solutions does not meet our approval.
