Basically a completely operating web platform with full backend.
Integration of payment gateways not basic payola integration.
Full scalability from one user to ten million users.
Payment terms are as follows;
20% after design and 25% programming
50% after upload to my server and transfer of all data files
30% after 45 days of site being clean of errors and defaults.
Site must be able to use on all web platforms.
Site must be accessible via smartphones, cell phones
