I need an organizational site for a fraternity with 4 to 5 pages.
Should be simple and very neat. Would prefer something template-based, so it can be updated by non-professionals easily. Needs to have a password-protected section for members. We are a non-profit and are low on budget- does not need many bells and whistles.
Payment via Paypal. Would prefer someone in Michigan so we can talk about this simple project- will probably move faster that way instead of email.
