Business Plan writing for a proposed Retailer – department store with franchisee model
-Franchisees own the merchandise and management of store including people
-Head office groups supporting business including operations, merchandising and some of HR (not all, only learning, development)
-Franchisees pay for development program design and participation
Need a business plan to support the Head Office’s customer experience strategy while also delivering on the mandate to support and develop the store franchisees, their managers and staff. The HR support group also houses selection and training of the franchisees.
Most of the contents will be provided by us. We need to copy write the same and put it in a formal format, which will be presented to upper management.
