Hi. I need someone who know Iframes, PHP and all it takes to adjust an app . I had a sign up app developed and want to do some adjustments so I can manage it better.

2. I need to adjust that app to something quite similar (CLON) to this app http://www.youtube.com/watchv=upge1x3z2ZQ&feature=player_embedded#!
(that is a noth social app for signed up)
3. The adjustments consist of:
a. a CMS for the app so someone without any expertise can configure it.
b. The user should be able to sign up for the app from my website and the easyly configure it . This means all the process from the moment the visitor enters my site till the moment he/she has it installed and runing. I should be able to authorize use according to payment.
c. The app contains the next steps: 1. welcome image, then image + form + a shared and send button, a brief “thank you note” and then the user should be taket to the wall automatically
d. The project includes checking that the app fits all facebook policies asuming responsabilities for any contradiction to facebook policies
e. The developer should adjust the code given and use the given northsocial link just to understand the desirable result. By anymeans should get into copyright issues and assume written responsabilities for that.
f. The app should be able to be configured in english, spanish, german, french and portuguese.
g. Once the visitor fills in the form, the info should go to the admin`s database on his/her auoresponder
h. The fields of the forms should be easyly customizable

Due to the fact that I provide the basic code of the app , the task shouldnt be dificult for someone with the skills required.
