I need a new sales page for my affiliate program.
I have all the content already and many of the graphics
for it already. I just want to give my members multiple
options so I need a new version of what I have now.

Basically on this page I want the copy, the sign up form,
etc higher up so I will eliminate the top header and graphics.
This should be a really easy job.
Please be ready to start and finish asap. I would like this
done this weekend. Please show me some samples:)
