I need a cartoon. When we purchase the cartoon we retain all rights for the character. It needs to be delivered in high resolutionPNG PSD.
I need a cartoon of people excitedly communicating with each other in any and every way possible.

The people do not even need to be real people. For example I love the Minions from the movie Despicable Me. Google it to get ideas.
If you bid I need to see sample ideas of what they people/characters will look like (general idea) I would also like to see examples of your work.
