I am looking for someone who can adjust my Joomla template to the design I am looking for.

I want to change a few items. Should be pretty easy.
Looking to adjust the center graphics to be a series of FLASH images and words. So I need to hollow out the POSITION 3 to hold the FLASH. I can hire same person if they can do the FLASH images I need.
Next I need to adjust the section above SECTION 5. I want to place 5 rounded edge boxes across the bottom. Like this: http://www.beachfit.com.au/index.php?page=Bootcamp%20Fitness#
We can move the stuff FEATURED above section 5 “featured move” and Follow Me box below the new 5 boxes. I’d like to have the Follow me section have FACEBOOK, TWITTER, RSS, LINKDiN, Stumble Upon as well as a SIGN FOR FOR FREE GUIDE…. form.

Want to also remove the NUTRiTION button in top and add a LOGIN and REGISTER menu button.
There may be a few other slight changes, like background color change, but this is the basics.
