I want a “ad website” in which i could have multiple ads on the website. I must be able to manage each ad in its area via a kind of content manament portal. I want it where clients pay to add their ads either by pay per click or on a monthly basis. The size of the spaces for each ad could vary but the entire site must be uniform. Also, I want to a drop down menu in which a client can search by city for a particular ad. Therefore, when a client searchs in a particular city all the ads that on the home page changes to the ones in that particular city.i want to have the ads rotating their position as a customer refreshes their browser. I want to be able to add google adscenes on each side of the webpages as well.
