I am in need of a web designer. I need 2 sites sliced and coded in HTML, CSS, PHP and one of the sites maybe a little Java.
Here is the first site I need done. The Java one, which the middle loads.
Here is the second one, should just be HTML and CSS. But it is bigger.
Both need to be sliced in PS and coded.
