I’m looking for a good PHP and PostgreSQL programmer to build me from scratch (it’s important) a social network for a school.
I don’t need graphics, I’m only interested that the application will be functional and well-documented (comments in code).
What I need is the SQL dump and the php sources.
Please don’t ask about using cms or similar, thank you.
