I have a map in Flash and when it zooms in the jpeg is larger than the stage size. I want to be able to drag the jpeg around to view but keep the edges within the boundaries of the stage. SO you should be able to drag the map up, down, left and right only to the edge of the stage. I have included a source file and two jpegs with instructions. I want the code to be AS2. I have some code in there but you can delete it and use whatever you need. Unreasonable bids will be deleted. I will choose someone within 2 days.
