Have an existing site Running on joomla 1.5.23

Need upgrade to joomla 1.7
Solar Sentinal theme by Rockettheme (I have currently installed)
Load a similar template to Solar Sentinal Templates because it is only available for joomla 1.5
need entire sit to work properly without any major changes that I can make like laying out modules and updating information to the modules
Should be a simple task for the right person.
