Need live video broadcasting applications for smartphones (Android / iOS for iPhone & iPad ).
Plan is to use this as external encoder with VideoWhisper.com Live Streaming application.
REQUIREMENTS
Applications need to be able to:
– login to a site with username password and receive server address and stream name to broadcast
– broadcast live video and audio from mobile webcam and microphone by rtmp (or second option rtsp/rtp if rtmp can’t be implemented)
Please specify what type of application you can develop, what will be the requirements and limitations of the solutions you propose.

Applications, installation instructions, full source code.
PROJECT TERMS
Communication will be done via PMB.
A compatible hosting account will be provided to upload progress.
Progress updates should be uploaded and reported at least 2 times per week, since start.
Bid with realistic durations and include some extra time to make sure you can do it within the time frame. Cancellation will be required if project is not ready within bid time frame.
PAYMENT
All amount will be escrow on project start and will be released when everything is done, functional, delivered as in project requirements.
