This should be a simple script for a PHP & WP developer.
I need to use the JQuery Blockui as a popup on my blog which will have HTML to capture leads using Aweber code.

The plugin will do:
– Popup will appear upon users first time visit
– When user clicks the “x” the box will close until next visit (block ui script already has this functionality)
– If user has opted in, do not show box again (cookies based)
– I need it to not always popup on each page when the user x’s it out.
I will provide the HTML for the form, I just need the plugin to work in a WordPress blog.
