Looking to create a basic website.
I need it to allow me to create usernames and passwords.
Once logged in, the user should be able to see a bunch of tabs up top. Each tab taking them to a page where I can upload a excel file and it shows up to the logged in user.
Pretty straight forward, don’t have time to learn how to do it. Budget $50.
