PAYMENT = I put 50% in escrow asap and 50% when you finished 5 pages
and I will release 25% when you send me home page file
then I release 50 % when you send me the remain 5 pages of the menu bar
then I release 25% when you send me the remain 5 pages of the sub menu bar
## I must use this payment structure as I find that sometime it take longer than time agreed with the programmer, this will help you submit the work on time##
I will be posting new project every week and looking to have a good working relationship with a regular programmer.
