Previous Work experience is must and also need to show your previous work in the same field and also ready to purchase the ready-made solution with modification if required. I also have some code which needs to get modified which I can give you.
Your code must be well documented + also need the installation procedure
This will be an online teaching website similar concept to www.livemind.com and www.wiziq.com
A detail doc with all details will be given for selected contractors.
