We are planning to make a local business search with social network website.

We want the design look much more web 2.0

Requirement:
For the website, the concept like yelp + facebook
so the layout should be look web 2.0 but usable.
We want red as a theme color.
Header like facebook which is usable, also have the items of friend request, notification, message, search box, profile, account, logout..etc
Logo, we want simple layout but look not simple, like yelp one or yours one is great.
Element, we need a set of unified form, button, like button, share button, dialog, icon…etc like facebook but more web 2.0 feel
Page, we need index, user profile, business profile, search result, login & signup…etc also like facebook but more web 2.0 feel
ONLY DESIGN, NO NEED SCRIPT
Every bidder please show your web 2.0 design would be much more better.
