We need a complete website (script + 2.0 design) where users can buy and sell expired daily deals.

Select city > list of deals > view details for each deal > deal page
Buyers will contact sellers directly. So every deal page should contain a form that buyers can use to contact sellers. (like on this other site couprecoup. com)
Users should register to post new deals. admin should be able to review the requests, edit them and publish them.
SEO Friendly URLs.
It should be easy to manage (all pages should be managed through admin section) and to add advertising (google adsense,….).
Website will be composed by around 10 pages
home page. It will contain all “national” deals or deals related to a selected city (they should be sorted by recently added, or lowest price,expiring soon, highest discount)
