I need to have this website redone:

However, instead of the green color- I want the blue as seen in the mock up attached.
I need images and sayings from starkey.com and use the images and text you see in the featured scrolling in the one on our website, but with the blue tint.
I woudl like Starkey, Siemens, Phonak, Rexton logos at the bottom.
On the tabs I would like the pages to be Hearing Aid FAQ and Hearing Loss Facts and Buying A Hearing Aid
On the sidebar I would like a sign up for our newsletter that will connect with my aweber account. I would like to keep our social media links and our hearing loss simulator.
I would also like this site optimized for Google to be on the 1st page for a list of keywords.
