hello, i need to customize the pligg cms. I pretty much just want to install the pligg software http://pligg.com/ and have a site that works almost exactly like appolicious.com
I will supply the design files.
However, we wont need the following functionality
1. we wont need to important apps, etc. Users will just be able to submit apps, extensions, users, etc and people can give reviews.
2. i dont need the trending topics functionality
