I need someone that can take the attached document and turn it into a working form for my site. The form needs to do the following…
1. Post user inputed data to our advertiser for validation. Response to the lead posting will be in XML and the “responseCode” response will either be “ACCEPT”, “DECLINE” or “ERROR”.
2. If DECLINE or ERROR XML response then show the error to the user and let them resubmit the form.
3. If ACCEPT XML response store the users information in a mysql database and then post that data to our advertiser and redirect the user to the 2nd page of the application on our advertisers site, per the attached document. Our advertiser will take care of the final page of the form so that would be the last step.
I need someone with experience with XML, MySQL and forms that can do this quick. Please ask any questions on the message board.
