Simple Website built on Yii PHP framework which allows for user registrations and transaction id tracking per user. This will be the skeleton of a cashback website.

Different levels of user types (Admin, Moderator, Editor, Regular User) with rules based permissions for editing information

Scalable from 1K to 100K users (optimize db schema and db operations for efficiency)
No need to make it look nice, this is just the basic backend functionality
The main function of the site is to track cashback transactions. A user will sign in, and click on a link that will take them to an online retailer. This outgoing link should generate and store a tracking id, tied to the user, that will be passed onto the retailer url. The site should also have a certain url in which data such as a tracking id and status can be passed it and updates be made to the database.
