For my project I need a outsource group with multiple programmers. My project is broken down in two three development categories:
1. Web Applications
2. Custom Content Management System
3. Mobile Phone and Pad Applications
I cannot because of confidentiality concerns give details here. I can state I need a team that can produce 11 web applications, 2 mobile phone and pad applications, and finally a custom content management system.
Implications will also use social networking implications and integration with Facebook, Twitter, Four Square, and using elements like Geo Tagging and Augmented Reality.
I would like specific bids, with a run down in experience and viability in skills pertaining to the following areas:

2. Mobile and Pad Applications
3. Augmented Reality
4. Geo Tagging
5. Content Management System
I have a specific budget of range between $4400-$5200. I have a development, testing, and implementation period of roughly 10-15 days max.
I will only consider serious bids that provide information directly to what I need and asked for no generic bids will be considered. I need a staff/team with at least 5-10 to meet deadlines and quality.
