Add Phone Verification To E-commerce Website

I have a website that runs on Zen-Cart, hosted on Godaddy (Linux Ultimate 4GH Plan) and would like to add Phone Verification during the checkout process.

The best I found is MaxMind Phone Verification. But if you know something better, I am open for suggestions.

So, please bid if you can implement phone verification to our website.
